PAYMENTS: You can prepay in full online at time of booking. Cash, Zelle, or Venmo at the time of the appointment. Credit Cards are accepted for a fee.
DEPOSITS: A deposit is required at the time of booking for all extension and some color services.
ALL SERVICES INCLUDE WASH AND BLOW-DRY
FIRST TIME CLIENTS: I can not ensure the quality of hair from other vendors. All photos of installs are using LABB Bundles. To ensure you get a quality install I recommend using LABB Bundles or a trusted vendor or hair company.
RETURNING CLIENTS: If you’ve already purchased hair extentions and had it installed previously please make sure when u remove your install at home wash it and dry it for appt. If extensions have to be washed and dried at time of appt without any communication to stylist it will be a $25 fee added to service.
CLIENTS WHO BOOK HAIR COLOR: Please be sure to submit a description of color you want when you request hair color for your appt. All color request must be submitted once you book the appt via email at labbsalon@gmail.com
If you cancel and your bundles have already been colored for your appointment, you will be responsible for the cost of color and bundles. Bundles can be shipped to address you provide.
RESCHEDULING: Please be mindful of cancelling appointments in a timely manner. Use your confirmation email to reschedule. Rescheduling is only valid up to 24 hours before original appointment. If a deposit was sent you must book a new appointment within 30 days of your original appointment date. You are only allowed 1 reschedule per appointment.
LATE CANCELLATION: Within 24 hours is $25 fee.
LATENESS: We understand that traffic is sometimes unavoidable so we give a 15 minute grace period to arrive to your appt. Later than 15 minutes can result in appointment being cancelled or rescheduled.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS: Will be blocked from scheduling future online appointments until rectified with stylist.
There will be no refunds after leaving your appointment. I will do everything to make sure you leave satisfied. Also you can contact me to discuss any issues you may have.
